Washburn Makes Jumbo additions to Timbercraft Line
to debut for 2006 Winter NAMM Show
Chicago, IL – January 16, 2006 – Due to the overwhelming response to the popular Timbercraft Line of Solid Wood Acoustics, Washburn Guitars is pleased to announce the addition of three Jumbo Guitars the J52SW, the J56SW, and the J58SW. All guitars have the same features as the rest of the Timbercraft series, sporting solid wood construction, Grover tuners, bone and nut saddles, and maple binding. The woods and finishes vary based on each model, and all have Jumbo tone.
The J52SW features a Solid Spruce Top with Solid Mahogony Back and Sides producing room filling, rich tones and has a satin finish The J52SW has a Mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard that ensures playability, giving the guitar a aged feel that usually takes years of playing to develop. The J52SW will be available in January of 2006 and will list for $1099.90.
The J56SW has a Solid Spruce Top and Solid Rosewood Back and Sides giving the guitar a warm, resonant tone. All features and specs remain the same within the Timbercraft Line, with the exception of the Rosewood Back and Sides, and the Gloss finish. The J56SW will be available in January of 2006 and list for $1,190.90.
The J58SW has a Solid Spruce Top and Solid Flame Maple Back and sides, producing bright, full tones. The J58SW has the same features as the J52SW and the J58SW, but boasts solid flamed maple back and sides that are visually stunning. The J58SW will be available in January of 2006 and will list for $1499.90.
