Made in 1999 in Korea. 24 Fret 5 string. Volume, "Phat" bass knob, Treble. Humbucking active pickup. It was made by washburn for this bass. Great tuners keep it in tune for long periods of time. thin neck.
Sound: 10
I play Rap Metal with a lot of slaping and popoing and also fast playing. It has a nice action and sounds great especialy with the active pickup. It has a very full deep bass sound when the bass knob is turned up. It works well in the studio and on stage.
Action, Fit, & Finish: 10
The Action was good. I had to adjust it twice but it has stayed ever since it was set. It has an amazing bridge nice finish. everything is very nice with no problems.
Reliability/Durability: 10
This bass has stood 2 years of abuse and still works great on and off stage. The hardware is very durable steel. I have used it without a backup and never had a backup. this is one of the best sounding most durable basses i have ever seen.
Customer Support: N/A
lifetime waranty. never needed to use it. bass is so durable.
Overall Rating: 10
only problem i have is the weight. it tends to get heavy towards the end of long shows. otherwise it is the best bass ever.

This is a 1999 years model. This washburn has been built in Korea, well i guess. It's a 24 fretted model, 5 strings. The humbucker double-coil active pickup is a custom Washburn amped with a volume, a bass (quite loud, really efficient ) and a treble knob. The bridge is also a strings-thru body custom This bass look really good. All the hardware are made of brushed steel. The shape is similar to jazz bass but with much more style.
Sound: 8
I play a lot of punk, ska, rock and jazz. It sounds very well exept for slaping and popping because of the bridge pickup.
I plug it in a PEAVEY TNT 115/BW and it spit really great. The preamp is so powerful that you can have every kind of tone you want.
Action, Fit, & Finish: 10
The finish is very rich. Everythings was in order went a bought this
My only dislike is the weight of this instrument
Reliability/Durability: 10
real good reliability
the paint's pickguard seems to runaway
Customer Support: 10
Lifetime garanty
I broke the pickup because I pretend to be a luthist :)( I unsrewed the humbucker pole pieces) and they changed it without any questions
Overall Rating: 10
