To receive your Washburn rebate paid with a prepaid debit card, follow these steps after downloading the pdf doucument below:

1) Purchase the Qualifying Product during the Purchase Dates. Circle the eligible purchase on your receipt or invoice.
2) Write the serial number from the product below. See example on pdf to find the serial number.
3) *Products purchased used, as demonstration models, factory 2nds, Anniversary, Custom Shop and Limited Edition models or products purchased through online auctions are not eligible.
4) Mail your ORIGINAL or a COPY OF your receipt or invoice, and the completed offer form to the address below. Submissions postmarked late will not qualify.
