Washburn Guitars has been putting out high quality banjos since the late 1800’s, and continues to put the same level of quality into each instrument.  The Washburn B7 Banjo is a perfect example of this, offering a stellar sound at an unbelievable price of $354.90.

This open-backed mahogany wonder gives off a warm, mellow sound with a cast aluminum tone ring and 18 tension brackets. It's perfect for fans of old-time banjo and clawhammer style. As with all Washburn banjos, the instrument comes with a Remo head.  The bridge is made of a maple base with an ebony tip.  The chrome tailpiece and hardware create a simple, yet pleasing look for the instrument.

The brown stained gloss mahogany neck features a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and chrome die cast tuners, completing a beautiful banjo that sounds great too.  The B7 will debut at Winter NAMM 2012.
