Washburn is proud to announce a new addition to the popular HB35 model.   The HB35 Hotrod maintains the same structure that made it such a great guitar.  What changes is that these will be available in limited, partially customizable quantities. The HB35 Hotrods include a hardshell case.

The HB35 Hotrods are available in white, black, wine red, and vintage finishes.  They feature a maple tops except for the wine red and vintage finishes which are flame maple.  The back and sides are also maple, lending a brighter sound to this model.  The neck is hard maple, with a 2-way truss rod.  The fretboard is rosewood with mother-of-pearl split block inlays.  Nut width is 43mm.

There are two pickup configurations available.  First is a Seymour-Duncan® Jazz Bridge, with a Seymour-Duncan® ’59 in the neck, second is a pair of Phat Cats, with either gold or chrome pickup covers and Tone Pros® Tune-O-Matic / Stoptail bridge in gold or chrome.  For an upcharge, players can have a Bigsby® tremolo, available in gold or aluminum.  Grover® 18:1 tuners are available in either gold or chrome.  The knob options are either gold top hats or chrome domes.
