OVERVIEW

For over 35 years Paul Stanley has rock and rolled all night and partied everyday as one of the founders, frontman and guitarist for the legendary band KISS. With their latest release, Sonic Boom, KISS pays homage to their original sound with songs reflective of the KISS original albums from the 70s. Paul Stanley continues to commemorate the early days of KISS with his signature Washburn PSV2200, which pays tribute to the axes he played during this era.

Washburn Guitars collaborated extensively with Stanley to take the classic shape and styling of a V style guitar to a whole new level by adding a mirrored pickguard, mirrored truss rod cover and single chrome humbucker to give the guitar its "Starchild" effect. Staying as true as possible to his original guitars from the 70s, we incorporated a harmonica-style bridge, reverse headstock and chrome barrel knobs. The end result of our joint efforts can be seen as Paul Stanley "brings rock 'n roll to you" with his white, black, rhinestone and cracked mirror Washburn guitars.
